You can cancel or pause your SweetFit subscription at any time. You can do this by logging in to your account or you can write to us at pretplata@sweetfit.rs. Just make sure it is before you are automatically deducted the amount for the next month.
All our subscribers have customer service available. You are our VIP user and we are always there for you. Want to increase or decrease your package? Want to change the flavor combination? All you have to do is contact us at pretplata@sweetfit.rs and you can use this type of service, package changes, as many times as you want.

On the SHOP page, you choose your package that you want to arrive every month and add it to the cart. It can be a package of 25 pieces or a package of 15 pieces. Choose your favorite flavors and put together your mix. After that, just click on the “Subscribe” option.
The next step is to click on BASKET. Here, before the final purchase, you can review your monthly package once again and make changes if you wish. And here you can see the calculated price for your package. If everything is okay, click CONTINUE PAYMENT.
Enter your details, and select ACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION. Payment is only possible with payment cards. Enter the card details as well as the delivery address.
After these steps, everything goes automatically.
Activate your monthly subscription today and the package will arrive within two to three working days.
Don’t worry, you will receive a message from the courier on the day your shipment arrives. And so every month!
Without wasting time, you will always have a healthy meal at home.
On a monthly basis, a sum of money is deducted from your account, which will be the same every month and in accordance with the price of the package you have chosen.
You can change the tastes and quantity of the pieces in your package at any time. You can do that by sending us an email to subscribe@sweetfit.rs and write what you want to change in the package.
You can cancel or pause your package at any time by sending us an email at pretplata@sweetfit.rs and writing to us that you no longer want to receive packages or if you want to skip one month.
